The Business Development department offers opportunities for people to access training and loans programs to start up or expand a small business.

Why We Exist

Self employment training programs have demonstrated to be a viable option for participants to increase their economic self reliance. Although there are many business resources available, many are not geared towards micro business or entrepreneurs facing barriers such as limited access to traditional credit or low income situations.
