Fair Gains is a free program where you can earn as you learn!
Momentum will match the money you save. For every $1 you save in your bank account, you will earn $3 through Fair Gains. Save $15 to $50 a month and earn up to $1,800 in matched savings in one year, for a total of $2,400!
Graduates of the Fair Gains Program may be eligible to apply for the Owen Hart Home Owner's Program. In the Home Owner's Program, you save up to $200 a month for 12 months. For every dollar you save, you will earn $4. Combined with your Fair Gains savings, you could have over $12,000 towards a down payment for a home. Spaces for this program are limited, and you must be able to qualify for a mortgage.

This program is for people over 18 years old whose total annual household income before deductions is at or below the following guidelines:

How do I apply?
To apply for this program, you must first attend an interview with the Fair Gains facilitator. Fair Gains classes start in April and October. Classes fill up quickly, so contact us today!
