Monthly Donations

A monthly donation provides a steady source of funding to Momentum. It also allows you to budget your donations throughout the year. For example, a $250 donation is just over $20 per month.

For ease of processing, your monthly donation will automatically be withdrawn from your account each month until you provide us with other instructions. A charitable tax receipt for your donations made during the calendar year will be sent to you each January.

Monthly donations can be made using your credit card or directly through your bank account. To start your monthly donations, download this donation card (31.7 KB PDF), and fill it out. If you are donating through your bank account, please enclose a VOID cheque.
